Privacy Policy
Holly Home Services ("Holly," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to information collected through our website, forms, calls, and text messages.

When you use our website, we may automatically collect:

- Call tracking services (e.g., CallRail) when you call a number we list
- Service Providers, regarding the status of your project
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Match you with one or more Service Providers in our network
- Contact you about your service request by phone, text message, or email
- Confirm details, schedule appointments, and follow up on quality of service
- Improve our website, marketing, and matching process
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service
- Prevent fraud and protect the safety of our users and partners
3. How We Share Your Information
This is the most important section. Please read carefully.
With Service Providers
When you submit a service request, we share your contact information and project details with a Service Provider in our network so they can contact you about your project. Currently, we route each request to one Service Provider at a time on a first-come, first-served basis. If that provider does not respond or declines, your request may be offered to another provider.
Once a Service Provider receives your information, that provider becomes an independent recipient of your data and uses it under their own privacy practices. Holly does not control how Service Providers use your information after a match is made. We encourage you to ask any Service Provider about their privacy practices before engaging them.
With Service Vendors
We share information with vendors that help us operate our business, such as:
- Hosting and infrastructure providers (e.g., Vercel)
- Database and CRM tools (e.g., Airtable)
- Communication tools (e.g., Twilio for SMS, CallRail for phone)
- Payment processors (e.g., Stripe — for Service Provider billing, not homeowners)
- Analytics providers (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Accounting tools (e.g., QuickBooks)
These vendors are contractually limited to using your information to provide services to Holly.
For Legal Reasons
We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or court order, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
In a Business Transfer
If Holly is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
We Do Not Sell Your Personal Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. Sharing your information with a Service Provider so they can contact you about your request is a core part of the service you requested, not a sale.
4. Phone Calls and Text Messages (Important)
Express Consent
By submitting your phone number through our website, forms, or any other channel, you provide your prior express written consent to receive phone calls and text messages from Holly Home Services and from one or more Service Providers in our network regarding your service request. This consent specifically includes:
- Calls and text messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system, automated technology, an artificial or prerecorded voice, or any combination of the foregoing.
- Calls and text messages from Service Providers we match you with, who may contact you directly using the contact information you provided.
- Calls and text messages from third-party communication vendors (such as Twilio and CallRail) acting on Holly's or a Service Provider's behalf.
You understand and agree that:
- Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You may decline to provide consent and instead use other means to find a service provider.
- Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
- Message frequency varies based on your engagement and project status.
Marketing Text Messages
If you separately opt in to marketing text messages (for example, by checking a marketing opt-in box), Holly may send you promotional content, seasonal reminders, tips, and other marketing communications. You may opt out at any time:
- Reply STOP to any marketing text to unsubscribe.
- Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at [INSERT SUPPORT EMAIL].
- Opting out of marketing texts will not stop transactional messages necessary to service an active project request.
Revoking Consent
You may revoke consent to receive calls or text messages from Holly through any reasonable method, including by:
- Replying STOP, END, QUIT, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or REVOKE to any text message.
- Emailing [INSERT SUPPORT EMAIL] with the words "Stop Contact" in the subject line.
- Telling Holly during a phone call that you no longer wish to be contacted.
We will honor revocation requests within 10 business days. Once you revoke consent with Holly, we will stop calling and texting you. Note: Revoking consent with Holly does not automatically stop a Service Provider from contacting you — you must request that separately from the Service Provider directly, since they have your information independently.
Call Recording
Calls to or from Holly may be recorded or monitored for quality assurance, training, dispute resolution, and compliance purposes. By calling us or accepting a call from us, you consent to recording. If you do not consent to recording, please do not call us and notify us immediately if we call you.
TCPA Compliance
We strive to comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the Federal Communications Commission's implementing regulations, the Texas Business and Commerce Code, and other applicable state and federal telemarketing and consumer protection laws.
5. Your Choices and Rights

8. Data Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children's Privacy
Holly's services are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us at [INSERT SUPPORT EMAIL] and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
